SHIPPING NOTES:

Once the products have left our store, we cannot control how quickly they will arrive.  PLEASE remember to choose the shipping option that you think will allow enough time for your items to reach you.  Orders are usually sent within 24 hours of being placed. 

We will be traveling until January 9 and will not be able to fulfill any orders before that day, so if you need your order sooner than that, please order elsewhere.

CANADIAN ADDRESSES: Hello Canadians!  While we would love to ship products to you, the only physical product we recommend shipping is the DVD set.   Our smaller shipments of books have been getting hefty duty fees, which we cannot control, so unless you are purchasing in bulk, we suggest you purchase within Canada.  

TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:

To become a tax-exempt customer as a non-profit in NYS, you will first need to  create a customer account . 

Then send a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to office@renewalinternational.org.  Please tell us the customer name that is associated with your account (e.g., Crossroads Alliance, Pastor Mike Smith, etc.).  We will email you when your tax-exempt status is set up, and then you can place orders tax-free!
