Do I need to attend the Soul Care Conference first?  Do I need to have read the book?  This is a stand-alone conference; you don’t have to attend a Soul Care Conference™ or have read Soul Care to benefit from this conference, but it is certainly good preparation.

Do I have to print out my tickets? Tickets will be automatically sent to your email address as a download link.  You do not need to print your ticket for admission, but you may do so, OR you can just give your name at check-in.

We cannot guarantee that you will have an individual time to meet with Rob or any other prayer or ministry leader during or after the conference though we do our best to meet with as many attendees as possible through Q&A and ministry times.

The ministry leaders at the conference are not professional counselors, nor medical or mental health professionals.   Neither they nor Renewal lnternational, LLC are acting in a professional healthcare capacity, but rather as Christians who are assisting other Christians in matters of personal faith.  We will not be giving healthcare advice, and participants are advised to see their healthcare provider for any questions regarding their health.  All attendees are free to leave any session at any time and attend sessions of their own free will.  Other than the ticket/entry fee, no financial obligation is required, and no guarantee or specific outcome is expressed or implied.  Attendees assume all risks of participation in any and all activities undertaken.

Refund policy

Any requests for refunds must be received at least 24 hours before the end of ticket sales.  We will not issue refunds or ticket credits after this time.
